We believe that we are in the last days and we are that generation spoken of that would witness the return of our
Lord Jesus Christ. The name "Seventy Lambs" comes from the "seventy" that were sent by Jesus as "lambs"
among wolves in Luke 10:3.
Seventy Lambs is based on the Word of God (KJV) and primarily dedicated to what is found in the Gospel of Luke 10 and to announce that we are in the
"Last Days" and the Second Coming of Christ is soon to take place. John The Baptist said, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is
at hand (Mat 3:2
). We are here to encourage believers to remember that our trust is in Jesus Christ and to tell everyone that today is the day
of salvation!
Seventy Lambs Team laborers and members are those that have the desire and commitment to fulfill the purpose God has given to
us acording to the Great Commission ( Mat. 28:19-20). We are laborers in His harvest seeking those that are lost showing them the way of salvation through
Jesus Christ our Lord. We also encourage those who are called Christians to remember what Jesus said to the Laodicean Church, Because
thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and
poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou
mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye salve, that thou mayest see.
(Rev. 3:17-18)
We are trusting that the Lord will provide laborers and opportunities to minister as we encourage people to realize that time is short
and present the Gospel of Jesus Christ giving them the opportunity to accept Christ before it is too late. We are believing God will
build a network of laborers to reach into communities, churches, and on a personal level.
We encourage those that are saved to do as the wise virgins in Matthew 25:1-13 and trim their lamps that their light would shine bright in this
dark world that we live in today.
Our primary guidelines are to Love the Lord our God with all our heart, and with all our soul, and with all our mind and to love our
neighbor as ourself, the two commandments on which hang all the law and the prophets (Mat 22:37-40).
As Jesus said to the lawyer concerning the certain Samaritan, Go, and do thou likewise
( luke 10:37).
